At Artisan Bliss Beds North Limited, your comfort is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
If you're not fully satisfied, just contact us within 30 days, and we’ll guide you through the return and refund process with ease.
Please note: A £75 collection fee applies if you return a product under our 30-night sleep trial.
Custom-made or non-standard items (e.g. bespoke beds or headboards) are non-refundable unless faulty or manufactured incorrectly.
Please check your item on delivery. If damaged, sign as “Damaged” on the courier’s device.
Contact us within 48 hours if damage is found after unboxing.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
The refund may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
Every return and exchange carries a £75 collecting fee.
Returning products have to be reasonably resalable.
The collection fee is deducted from the total refund amount.
Items that are damaged (e.g., stains, tears, or flaws) may have up to 75% taken off the return.
